I have been photographing this family for two years now, and they are just the cutest kids ever! Little Emma is now running around, doing exactly what her brother Tyler does, and Jake, well Jake is just HUGE, and wants nothing more than to just run around and play football!

What a Wonderful World

As many of you know, I have traveled throughout Africa, India, China, Mexico, etc. these past few years to help raise awareness for different needs within these countries. And, as you know, I recently got married, which means my travels have to be really limited now - so I can stay home with my cute hubby!

SO, I am now looking for ways to continue giving/raising awareness in impoverished countries, while staying home, and was SO excited to read about this cool non-profit that is doing great things: Kiva.org

Kiva.org allows individuals to make $25 loans to low-income entrepreneurs in the developing world (microfinance). By doing so, individuals like you provide affordable working capital for the poor (money to buy a sewing machine, livestock, etc.), empowering them to earn their way out of poverty.

It's a new, direct and sustainable way to fight global poverty, and the way I see it, I get a higher return on $25 helping someone build a future than the interest my checking account pays.

Daniel and Amina's wedding was a beautiful, intimate celebration shared by only their closest family and friends. Theirs was truly a beautiful outdoor ceremony, followed by a reception filled with many laughs and TONS of dancing!

Prana Prana Everywhere

I have been taking power yoga classes at Prana for years at a local studio here in Boston. Not only have Taylor and Philippe recently opened a studio in NYC, but they more recently opened ANOTHER studio in Cambridge! You have to check them out, for practicing at their studio can completely transform your body, mind, and spirit. (ladies, if you don't believe yoga can transform your body, check out this lady, who had her thrid baby just SIX months ago!!)

I knew this wedding would be a blast when I shot their engagement pictures! Lisa and Bobby are just so fun to be around. The two of them just continuously laugh and enjoy each other. What a joy it was to be involved in capturing such fun memories.

Ben and Elizabeth

This past weekend I shot THREE weddings!! Despite my exhaustion, it was such a wonderful weekend filled with so much love and excitement.

Ben and Elizabeth are two people who share so much joy in their lives. The two are such a fun couple to be around. Rarely have I encountered two more laid back people, willing to do whatever they can for a good picture, including climbing through scaffolding in a wedding dress...

How cool is this bride?! She allowed me to photograph her in a nearby graveyard!!

The church is under major construction, so we made the best of it...

Ally & Jon

Ally and Jon's wedding was wonderful in so many ways, but the thing I liked most about this wedding was the bride and groom! These two have such a long history together, beginning YEARS ago when they met at camp!! To see this couple interact is such a joy, and every one of their 300+ guests can attest that no two people deserve happiness more than Ally and Jon.

Thank you for having me capture such a beautiful day. May you both continue to be blessed in all that you do, and may you encounter years of laughter and happiness.
