The Churchill Children

Over the past few years so many of my friends have had babies! It's crazy how quickly they grow up and change into little people!

A couple of weeks ago I went to visit a few of these children and was able to grab a couple of pictures of them... How cute are they!!!!??

SAN JUAN!!

My friend Dianne and I have been planning a vacation for several months now. Both of us have been completely overworked and DESPERATE for a vacation! We chose San Juan for two very important reasons: 1. Dianne's passport didn't come in time, and 2. San Juan has running toilets (very different from ANY of my recent trips!) and NO work related activities - ALL of my cameras, with the exception of my VERY fun new point and shoot camera were left at HOME!

We chose to stay at an all inclusive resort here, and let me tell you, when they say all inclusive they truly mean ALL INCLUSIVE!! We have paid for NOTHING since our arrival and have been treated like queens!

When we arrived, we were assigned our own private butler - Hector - who is shown in the above picture. Hector is here to do ANYTHING!! He schedules dinner reservations, tennis time, you name it, he'll do it! Everyone is here soooo nice! We have indulged in all of the finest life has to offer! Fine dining, luxurious 5 star hotel, relaxing by our private pool and private cabanna all day...etc.

We decided to leave our little paradise to go on a trip to a nearby rainforest - the only one in the country. Such an amazing trip! We hopped in a van with 4 other honeymooners - (Dianne and I are known throughout the hotel as "Mr. and Mrs. Sullivan!), and drove to the rainforest. We hiked through the forest and swam in the natural springs!

This has been one of the most amazing weeks of my life! It truly is Paradise!

I have the best friends ever!!

First of all, I apologize for dropping off the face of the earth for the past few weeks! I have been so busy with weddings, but also have been traveling less and therefore having a really great time catching up with friends. I will add the past few weddings soon... but first things first, I wanted to thank all of my wonderful friends and family for showing me one of the best birthdays ever!!

My birthday was perfect! My friends threw a FABULOUS party on my friend, Molly's roof top! I live in one of the best cities in the country, and at this party we were able to see all of it from the roof! It was awesome - great food, wine, people, dancing...etc. I am so blessed and feel so loved!

Thank you all!!

Dave and Jasmine

Well, another weekend, another REALLY AMAZING wedding!!! Dave and Jasmine were one of the most fabulous couples I have ever met! I'm not sure I have seen a couple enjoy their own wedding more. Individually they are both really fantastic to be around, but together, well you can see from just a few of their pictures, they truly come alive. The entire day was picture perfect - incredible weather, beautiful beach, soooo many amazing, fun guests, great dancing, etc.

I LOVE MY JOB!!

Dave and Heather

I had so much fun assisting my good friend, Erin this weekend. www.ecurranphototo.com.

It's always so great to assist at a wedding because I am able to capture unique angles and expression that I would not otherwise be able to focus on if I were the main photographer. It's also fun to be able to work with such a talented photographer. Erin's work continues to be an inspiration as well as a continuous challenge to my own style of photography.

Robyn and Jared

The other day I was so lucky to be able to shoot Robyn and her son, Jared (and their dog, Molly!) Robyn and Jared have such a special relationship, that only a mother and son can share. Watching the two of them interact is such a beautiful thing. And, as you can see from these pictures, you don't typically find two more beautiful people - which makes my job SOOOO much more fun!
