Sarra - The Opening
Last night I had the opportunity to photograph the opening of Sarra. Sarra is Boston's newest, and most chic makeup studio. Lauren Genatossio, owner and makeup artist extroidenaire, has opened her second makeup studio in the trendy up and coming area of South Boston. Brides, if you're looking for the perfect look on your wedding day, Lauren is the one to see - she even made my face glow at my own wedding ;) What an event - complete with food, drink, music, and makeovers!!
I couldn't stop photographing this girl! Not only is she adorable, but look at the fabulous hat!

Engaged!
A few weeks back, I received an email asking me to photograph a proposal! I was so excited to do this because I think the proposal is as memorable as the wedding day itself.
Ben had arranged to vote on the morning of the 4th, and then take his girlfriend "for a walk." Unbenounced to her, this would be the moment she would get engaged! The two walked into a local park, as I hid behind some trees, and Ben dropped to his knee... Here is what took place from that moment on.
Look at the expression on her face!

Blast From My Past.
When I was in the fourth grade a new girl moved down the street from me and was put in my class. This girl quickly became my best friend, and from fourth grade on we were inseparable. In eighth grade I moved to another town, and while we tried really hard to keep things the same, we inevitably lost touch. Fast forward 20+ years, and I receive an email from this friend, wanting to catch up and have me photograph her's and her sister's children!!!
I was so excited to hear from her and meet her new family! Below are some of my favorites from our amazing shoot together...
