One of my favorite family traditions has long been going to the movies on Christmas day. Today we went to see Juno, and it immediately made it on my top 5 favorite movie list.

Hey Everyone,
Just wanted to let you all know that I will be out of my office from now until January 2, 2008. I will be spending the holidays with family and friends, and taking a much needed break! When I return, I will post some of the fun things that I have been shooting, but have yet to blog. There are many portrait sessions, and a couple of weddings that still need posting... Also, check back after the new year for a look back at 2007.
I wish you all a beautiful holiday season and a new year of peace and joy.
Thank you for making this year such a success!
And since I have not posted one in a long time, here is a picture of my handsome husband and I at a recent party!

In my opinion there is nothing more beautiful than a pregnant woman, and this woman below is proving me right!

Heather has been a dear friend of mine for many years. This past weekend I had the privilege of photographing her beautiful wedding. I had a difficult time choosing just a few pictures from the evening, so instead I included the entire slideshow!

What an absolutely lovely couple I was able to shoot yesterday! Ted and Alixe got engaged at this location only a week ago, and were so excited to go back to the same spot for some fun pictures.
Thanks for the laughs, guys. Can't wait to shoot your wedding next year :)

I had the opportunity to photograph a wonderful family a couple of weeks ago. I shot this family right after miss Mika was born, and now she's almost WALKING! I love being able to document different stages in a child's life.

I love all of my couples, but this one is close to my heart because they are my sister and NOW brother in law!!
Leah and Justin's wedding was not only a joy to photograph, but a wonderful testimony to God's love. Their's is a relationship most dream of having. One that is complete with MANY laughs, kindness, SO MUCH love, and a deep commitment to serving God both in their relationship and throughout their daily lives. To watch them interact is such a pleasure, and I look forward to spending many more celebrations together!
Love you both, and I can't wait to hear about the Dominican!!

Liz and Richard traveled all the way from San Francisco to have their wedding in Newport, and wouldn't you know it, it was the ONE day of the week that hurricane Noel decided to ransack our coast! I'm not even sure this couple even thought about the weather that day, because from what I could tell, all of their attention was on each other. In fact, they couldn't take their eyes off each other! Because we couldn't take pictures outside on Saturday, we were given permission to use the Newport Art Museum, which was so cool!
This post is a bit bride heavy, but she's so beautiful I couldn't resist!
LOVED her dress.

I had the opportunity to photograph this lovely family yesterday, and let me tell you, these girls are an absolute joy to be around. The two never stop smiling, and were completely excited to have their pictures taken! My kind of children!

Seems like they get here faster and faster each year. So, don't wait for the last minute to order your holiday prints, cards, gifts, etc. I have lots of fun holiday designs for cards and albums this year, and am excited to share them with you.
In keeping with the holiday spirit, I am offering a 10% discount to anyone who makes a purchase during the month of November. Not only will that give you a little push to get your orders in on time, it will help me in the crazy days of December from pulling my hair out trying to get all of my orders in!!
Here are just a couple of my latest designs:
